A patch test maybe required at least 48 hours before certain treatments including:
Eyelash and Eyebrow tinting
A patch test is required before your first tinting treatment and when changing products where applicable. Please inform us of any previous reactions of allergies.
Facials and extractions
Please avoid picking or squeezing blemishes before your appointment
Avoid using strong exfoliants or active skin care products immediately before your facial.
We cannot complete the facial if you have active contagious skin conditions, open wounds, cuts sores or broken skin, severe sunburn or recent chemical peels laser treatments or other intensive skin treatments, recent facial surgery, server inflammation or active skin infections.
Waxing
Please allow hair to grow to a suitable length so the wax can grip the hair effectively.
Avoid shaving immediately before you appointment
Avoid applying creams oils or heavy moisturisers to the area before waxing. We do not wax over broken, irritated, sunburnt or damaged skin.
Please inform us of any relevant medications or skin care products that may affect your skin.
